Reservations

All clients will be asked for their last name/phone number (and corporate name in some cases), in order to access their customer profile screen for facilitating the reservation. If the client has not yet established a customer profile, they will be asked for their home phone number and one will be established.

In some cases, a corporate profile will be used to facilitate reservations made on behalf of clients traveling to/from the corporate office(s) or to the area on behalf of the corporation.

All reservations should be concluded by the reservationist supplying the confirmation number, the date and day of travel, the pick-up and drop off location and the carrier information (with flight/train/etc. number for arrivals).
