Cancellations & No-Shows

All cancellations require a two (2) hour notice prior to the scheduled pick-up time.

** Cancellations not made within the two hours of the scheduled pick-up or No-Shows will be billed at FULL RATE.

** Exceptions made when airlines cancel flight at last minute.

Any and all changes made to travel itinerary must be communicated to GNT Limousine Service as soon as possible (i.e. missed flights, earlier flight via stand-by, changed flight, etc.)
